Voicing Opportunities, Community, Equity and Success (VOCES) is a research collective aiming to identify, understand, and address the health and social needs of historically marginalized communities through evidence-based science.

Our research prioritizes translational science and community outreach as a means of amplifying the voices of diverse communities to reduce health disparities and inequities associated with social disadvantage and life adversity.

Our focus is on interdisciplinary research that can be used to inform intervention, advocacy and policy efforts. Central to our mission is the training of future scientists committed to advance community-engaged research, health equity, and social justice.
